NHS Scotland is committed to improving Patient Experience. This commitment led to the creation of iMatter, a leading edge and holistic approach to defining and measuring the concept of Staff Experience within NHS Scotland with the ultimate potential outcome of enhancing Patient Experience.

We are excited to release our Health & Social Care Staff Experience Survey 2024. The iMatter Health and Social Care Staff Experience Survey results enable teams to recognise and celebrate their achievements and for Boards to explore opportunities for continuous improvement where their staff have identified areas that this is needed.
